Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, renewals, and terminations.

• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and absences in line with company policies.

• Coordinate payroll-related data with the finance department.

• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.

• Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues professionally.

• Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.

• Prepare periodic HR reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations.

• Assist in developing a positive and professional workplace culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
